Topsoil Blend

Our Topsoil blend is carefully mixed to insure the proper balance of organic and mineral matter, designed as an all purpose planting medium for in-ground planting.  Ingredients are from local sources and include: sandy loam, washed river sand, lava sand, compost, rice hulls, and forest humus.

Sod Mix

Our Sod mix is designed for using underneath sod lawns, but also works well for trees, and shrubs.  This well drained soil is the most sandy blend we produce.  Comprised of sandy loam, nitrogen treated redwood sawdust, coarse washed sand, and rice hulls blended with chicken manure.

Organic Veggie Mix

Our famous Organic Veggie Mix is produced with local, natural organic ingredients.  This is a well drained soil that holds enough moisture and nutrients to make your veggie garden flourish.  Veggies that have a high nitrogen demand will need to be lightly fertilized.  Ingredients include: sandy loam, organic compost, redwood sawdust, washed sand, forest humus, organic chicken manure, and more!

Excellent Blend

Excellent Blend can be used as a bulk potting soil (when combined with the appropriate fertilizers), as well as an in-ground soil amendment.  Ingredients include:  organic compost, rice hulls, straw, manure, grape pomace, cocoa hulls, composted peat moss, vermiculite, coconut husk fiber, forest humus, treated sawdust with a trace of iron, and perlite.

Think Local Organic

Think Local Organic is a blend of redwood sawdust, organic chicken manure, and organic one earth Compost.   Works well to give the veggie garden a healthy boost!  Thinking local is good for both our environment, and our local economy.

One Earth Organic Compost

This is a fully composted, stable, nutrient rich soil amendment.  Using one earth in combination with native soil creates a rich, healthy soil which can produce strong and vigorous plants.  OMRI listed!

Organic Chicken Compost

Locally produced by Glaum's egg ranch, this nutrient rich compost helps improve soil structure, adds organic matter, and slowly releases nitrogen.  A little bit goes a long way.  Best when tilled into the soil.

50/50 Top Dressing

Our 50/50 is a rich blend of aged mushroom compost and nitrogen treated redwood sawdust, thoroughly mixed with our powerscreen.  This product works well either tilled into poor soil to improve it, or used as a top dressing.

Soil Conditioner

Soil Conditioner is finely ground redwood sawdust that has been treated with nitrogen and iron.  Good for tilling in or mulching.

Horse Manure

A rich soil enhancement which augments the health of both plants and soil.  It improves the physical structure of soil, adds fertility and increases the ability of soil to hold moisture and plant nutrients.

Treated Sawdust

Redwood Sawdust that has been treated with nitrogen is a good product to till into the soil, or use as a mulch.

O.F.S.A

OFSA stands for Organic Farm Soil Amendment.  These are rice hulls that have been absorbed with organic chicken manure, fabulous for tilling into the soil or used as a top dressing.  This product is a natural, slow release nitrogen fertilizer, and helps to "fluff" the soil.
